Esco Tool’s Wart MILLHOG pipe beveler preps two different pipe schedules

The Esco Wart MILLHOG portable pipe beveler is a right-angle ID-clamping tool for performing any angle of end prep on pipe from 0.75 in. ID to 4 in. OD of different schedules. Because it mounts securely into the pipe ID using a self-centering draw rod assembly, the tool can bevel, face, and bore different pipe thicknesses simultaneously.

According to the company, the tool produces precise square and beveled pipe ends with ± 0.001-in. accuracy. It comes with a pneumatic or electric motor, requires no cutting fluids, and is suitable for on-site applications. A variety of TiN-coated blades are available.
