The new alloy Titici All-In AND gravel bike looks nothing like any other aluminum bike we’ve seen, thanks to its unique silver ano finish. This durable whole-frame GHA Silver Anodizing finish promises to better protect the alloy frame under the worst conditions better than any paint ever could, and at a lighter weight at the same time.

We’ve already covered the handmade-in-Italy Titici All-In aluminum gravel bike‘s fully-integrated, internal routing overhaul last fall with room for up to 700 x 44mm tires. But now their more reasonably-priced and customizable Dedacciai alloy bike gets a shiny silver & gold update in this AND edition.

In fact, this aluminum bike almost looks more like a raw fillet brazed steel frame as the unique anodization process tints the tubes and welds differently.

But the reason behind the cool finish isn't just good looks (that's a side benefit!) It was really about protecting the aluminum, itself – both inside & out. Less weight than any painted finish is another bonus.

Working with tubing supplier Dedacciai, the gravel bike frame is finished with a patented Golden Hard Anodizing (GHA) finish that is extraordinarily resistant to scratches, abrasion, and wear. The process – already in use, from marine applications to pharmaceuticals – integrates a protective oxide layer of silver ions with the porous surface of the aluminum tubes to create a treatment with a wide range of curious properties.

Of course, increased hardness & resistance to wear are big ones. But the result is apparently also a lower friction surface, and high antibacterial & antimold performance – so looks like the Titici All-In AND will stay cleaner too. Apparently, mud & dirt are easy to wipe right off after a ride.

The process creates an oxide layer that becomes one with the base metal, so it can't really separate from the aluminum tube. That means the finish has "almost infinite durability" and isn't subject to chipping, flaking, or scratching that can happen with paint under the regular flex, vibrations, or wear & tear that a gravel bike is subjected to.

Titici says they want beautiful things to last forever, so the innovative silver anodizing treatment means the All-In AND gravel bike will stay corrosion-free and looking fresh longer than any other aluminum bike. Briefly, the Titici All-In is a 7000-series aluminum gravel frame with fully internal cable routing through a 1.5″ FSA headset system, a threaded BSA BB, flat mount disc & 12mm thru-axles. The bike has custom-shaped alloy tubes to build in a bit of off-road comfort, and has tire clearance for a max 700x44mm or 650x48mm setup.

It comes with a full carbon fork with 3-pack Anything cage mount, while the frame gets 2 standard bottle cage mounts, rear rack mounts, and full-coverage fender tabs. The frame comes in 5 stock sizes, and custom geometry is possible.
